JKPSC Releases Withheld Lecturer English Selection
Provisional Selection against one withheld post of Lecturer, English, under RBA category in School Education Department.
Whereas, vide Notification No. 35-PSC (DR-S) of 2026 dated 18.05.2026, the provisional selection against the posts of Lecturer English was declared.
Whereas, the provisional selection against one post under the RBA category was not issued due to clarification regarding the M.Phil Degree obtained by the candidate namely Mudasur Ahmad Wani.
Whereas, the candidate submitted the required clarification, and the Commission in its meeting held on 15.06.2026 decided to release the result of the said candidate.

Now, therefore, the result of the candidate under the RBA category is hereby declared as under:

The Commission reserves the right to verify the certificates/documents of the candidate at any later stage, if deemed necessary.
The selection of the candidate is purely provisional and is subject to the outcome of any writ petition(s) pending before any competent Court of law.
The selection is provisional and objections, if any, may be submitted to the Commission within five days from the date of issuance of this notification for examination and disposal.
No claim whatsoever shall be entertained after the expiry of five days from the date of issuance of the notification.
