Tentative Seniority List of Cardiography (ECG) Unit of Government Medical College Srinagar and its Associated Hospitals, as stood on 01-08-2025.
NOTIFICATION
Whereas, vide this office circular issued under endorsement no. AH/Est- II/2024/540-49 Dated: 26-04-2024, final seniority list of Cardiography (ECG) Unit of Govt. Medical College Srinagar & its Associated Hospitals, was issued; and
Whereas, some of the officials appearing in the final seniority list have either retired or have been elevated/appointment to next higher grade from the date of issuance of the final seniority list. As such, in order to update the seniority of the concerned unit, a tentative seniority list of Cardiography (ECG) Unit (Viz. Technical Supervisor ECG /Cardiographer (ECG) in the pay Level-7 (44900-142400), Senior ECG Technicians in the Pay Scale of Level-6E (35900-113500), Technical Officer/ IABP Technician/ Pacemaker Technician/ Oxymetry Technician/ Jr. Cath Lab Technician/ Halter Technician/ ECG Technician in the Pay Scale of Level-6 (35400-112400) and Jr. ECG Technician/ECG Assistants in the Pay Scale of Level-4 (25500-81100) of Govt. Medical College and its Associated Hospitals Srinagar is prepared on the basis of Service Bio data/records available with this office and is hereby circulated as “Annexure-A for Technical Supervisor ECG/Cardiographer (ECG) and Senior ECG Technicians, Annexure-B for Technical Officer/IABP Technician/ Pacemaker Technician/ Oxymetry Technician/ Jr. Cath Lab Technician/ Halter Technician/ ECG Technician and Jr. ECG Technician/ECG Assistants” for information of all the members of the concerned unit.
Any official aggrieved with the position assigned to him/her in the tentative seniority list should submit his/her objections /representations through proper channel supported with sufficient documentary proof within a period of (10) ten days from the date of issuance of this notification. Objections received after stipulated date shall not be entertained.
The Controlling Officer(s) shall circulate a copy of tentative seniority list among each cadre member(s) on his/her establishment(s) and furnish a No Objection certificate in this regard. The said list shall also be available on the official website of this Institution, www.gmcs.edu.in
The tentative seniority list shall be prejudice to the outcome of any writ petition, any, pending before any competent court of Law.

The date of birth and category status of the officials reflected in the tentative seniority list shall be subject to further verification from the service books(s)/matriculation certificate(s)/category certificate(s) issued in respect of these officials by the competent Authority.
