Central Govt grants extension to 3 IAS officers to serve in J&K , all posted as DCs in Kashmir

Central Government extended deputation of three IAS officers namely Athar Aamir Khan, Dr Basharat Qayoom and Akshay Labroo to Jammu and Kashmir by one year.

As per details with Cross Town News, all three Officers are posted as Deputy Commissioners in Kashmir province of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.

One year extension in tenure of these three officers in Jammu and Kashmir was sought by the J&K Government.

Sources told Cross Town News that another Officer Shyambir Singh , who was along with these three Officers came to J&K on deputation, did not apply for extension , and already stand relived from J&K last month.
