Jammu Srinagar National Highway Update for 07 Nov 2025
🛣️ NH-44 (Jammu–Srinagar Highway)
Slow movement reported due to single-lane traffic between BaliNalla, Dewal, Nashri-Dalwas and Marog–Kishtwari Pathar.
Causes: Breakdown of 05 HMVs and movement of nomadic flocks in the area.
Passengers/LWMs advised to travel during daytime only and avoid night hours between Nashri Tunnel and NAVYUG Tunnel due to HMV traffic and nomads.
Commuters: Maintain lane discipline; avoid overtaking and wrong-lane driving to prevent congestion.
