🛣️ NH-44 (Jammu–Srinagar Highway)

Slow traffic movement reported earlier due to single-lane traffic at:

Ballinala

Dewal

Nashri–Dalwas

Marog–Kishtwari Pather

Passenger vehicles (LMVs) allowed from both sides subject to fair weather.

Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMVs) advised to travel during daytime only.

Night travel discouraged due to congestion near Nashri Tunnel & NAVYUG Tunnel.

🚓 Security Forces Convoy

SF vehicles allowed on NH-44 from both sides after confirmation from TCU Ramban.

❌ Road Closures Due to Snowfall

Kishtwar–Sinthan–Anantnag (NH-244) → ❌ Closed

SSG Road (Srinagar–Sonamarg–Gumri) → ❌ Closed

Mughal Road → ❌ Closed

⏱️ SSG Road (If Opened Temporarily)

LMVs allowed Minamarg → Srinagar: 08:00–11:30 hrs

LMVs allowed Sonamarg → Kargil: 06:00–10:30 hrs

Anti-skid chains mandatory

No movement after cut-off time

🚗 Mughal Road (If Opened Temporarily)

LMVs with anti-skid chains allowed:

Bafliaz → Shopian: 06:00–10:30 hrs

Shopian → Poonch: 10:30–14:30 hrs
