Appointment of Junior Assistants in Revenue Department

(1) Appointment to the post of Junior Assistant (Revenue Department) District Cadre Doda in pursuance to Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2021 under Item No 435 issued by the J&K SSB.

1. Letter No. Rev-NG/13/2023(7152177) dated 20.032023 from Administrative Department, J&K.

2. Letter No. JKSSB/PLAN/ 25/2022-03 dated 16.03.2023 from J&K Service Selection Board.

On the recommendations of the J&K Service Selection Board, and endorsed by the Administrative Department vide their letters referred above, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of the below mentioned candidate(s) as Junior Assistant in the Revenue Department District Cadre Doda, in the pay level-4 ( Rs 25500-81 100).

(2) Appointment to the post of Junior Assistant (Revenue Department) District Cadre Kulgam in pursuance to Advertisement Notification No.02 of 2021 under Item No 462 issued by the J&K SSB.

On the recommendations of the J&K Service Selection Board, and endorsed by the Administrative Department vide their letters referred above, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of the below mentioned candidate(s) as Junior Assistant in the Revenue Department, District Cadre Kulgam, in the pay level-4 ( Rs 25500-81100).

The appointee(s) shall report to the Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, within a period of twenty one (21) days from the date of issuance of this order and shall be allowed to join after the production of following documents/certificates (in original) to be verified subsequently:-

i) Academic/qualification Certificates.

(ii) Matriculation/Date of Birth Certificates.

(iii) Health Certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer of the District.

(iv) Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority.
