Engagement as HELPERs/AAYAs under ECCE for The Year 2022 to 2023

Applications on devised format {appended) are invited from eligible female candidates for engagement/hiring as HELPERSIAAYAs under ECCE in the identified schools shown below, which should reach the office of u/sd by or before 10th of February 2023 during working hours supported by authenticated requisite documents. Incomplete application/s or applications dropped after prescribed date shall not be entertained and shall be rejected without issuing any notice. However, the u/d resveres the right of cancellation of the notice if needed.

Nature of Deployment : The deployment of HELPER’AAYA shall be purely terminus and shall start from the date, they are engaged / hired and shall conclude with the end of Academic session. It maybe extendable subject to the performance and approval of funds from the ministry of education Govemment of India in the particular component.

Eligibility criteria :

The Helper deployed must be a domicile of the village in case of Rural area and ward incase of urban area, where approved school is located.

Only female candidates may be deployed.

Candidate must be belonging to below poverty line category.

The certificate of BPL category should be authenticated by TSO concerned.

The candidate must be physically fit to carry out her job.

The applicant should possess minimum qualification of 8thpas% No weightage for higher qualification will be considered if any, however candidate with lesser qualification shall be considered when no eligible candidate is available in the village / ward, for which a separate notice shall be issued as soon as identified so

Preference shall be given to candidates from BPI category in order of priority

Divorced

Orphan

Any candidate amongst the poorest of the poor in the village / Ward

Age : 18 to 45 years as on 01-01-2023. Honorarium – Rupees S000/. (five thousand) per month which may vary as per the approval in the subsequent year in PAB of Samagra Shiksha.

Premature Termination In case of any misconduct, misbehave and poor performance while discharging duty by a helper/Aayaas noticed/reported, the concerned head of the institution shall have the right to terminate the services of helper /Aaya in consultation with the Panchayat he Halqa/Municipal ward with due adherence to the prescribed procedures, as the case may be. The replacement shall be made within 7days.
