Appointment of Lecturers (10+2) in the School Education Department, J&K

Post : Lecturer 10+2

Salary : Rs. 9300.34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400

As recommended by the Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission and in accordance with Jammu and Kashmir Special Recruitment Rules, 2015, issued vide SRO-202 of 2015, dated 30.06.2015, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of following 25 (Twenty Five) candidates as Lecturers (Political Science) on regular temporary basis, in the School Education Department, in the pay scale of 9300.34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400, strictly in terms of Rule 9 of SRO-202 of 2015, dated 30 June 2015

The appointees snail report to the concerned Directorate of School Education of their respective Division. The concerned Directorates will allow them to join only after verification of the following documents in original:

1. Permanent Residence Certificate
2. Age and Health Certificate
3. Academic Qualification and Category Certificate (if any) and genuineness thereof.
4. No Loan Certificate from DIC/concerned District Employment Office.
5. Character/ antecedents certificates.

If on verification, the certificates produced by the appointee proved to be fake or forged, the.you are at jkupdates.in. appointment shall stand cancelled ab-initio. The appointment of above candidates shall further be subject to the following conditions:

That the appointee(s) shall be initially on probation for a period of five years and after completion of five (5) years of their service(s), they shall be declared as permanent subject to passing of such tests, or successfully undergoing such training, as provided under Rule-8 of SRO-202 of 2015 dated. 30.06.2015:

The appointee shall have to necessarilywork for a period of five (5) years on the post against which he/she has been appointed and such appointee shall not be eligible for transfer for whatsoever reason during the temporary service of five years.

That any person appointed against any available vacancy on the basis of being a resident of backward area or an area adjoining to Line of Actual Control shall serve in such .you are at jkupdates.in.area for a period of not less than seven (7) years.

That dunng the period of first five years. the appointee shall be entitled to the minimum of the scale of pay, along with the grade pay, applicable to the post against which he/she is appointed.

That the appointee(s) shall be entitled to annual increments, Dearness Allowance. House Rent Allowance and City Compensatory Allowance after successful completion of their five years of service on consolidated salary.

That the appointee(s) shall be entitled to the benefits under the Medical Attendance Rules and Leave Rules from the date of their appointment itself.

That the seniority of the appointee (s) shall be reckoned from the date of their appointment.

That the period spent on probation / consolidated salary shall also reckon for purpose of calculating the qualifying service of these appointees for pensioner and other benefits provided under 202 of 2015 dated 30.06.2015.

That in the matter of other conditions of service like age. qualification, discipline, conduct and other allied matters, a person appointed under these rules shall be governed.you are at jkadworld.com. by the recruitment rules of the service to which the post occupied by him belongs, besides, other rules, regulations and orders in vogue in the State Civil Services in general.

That the appointee (s) shall report within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this order to the concerned Directorates of School Education, failing which their appointment will be treated as cancelled without any notice.

That the salary of the above appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed unless and until histher character/antecedents are received from CID Headquarters and authentication of qualification / other allied documents from the concerned issuing agency/agencies.

The Directors of School Education Kashmir/Jammu are directed .you are at jkadworld.com.to issue posting orders in respect of those appointees who join, immediately to ZONE-Ill areas as notified in Para-5 of Government Order No. 622-Edu of 2015 dated 22.12.2015 against available vacancies wherever these vacancies exist, and thereafter against those who are presently posted in ZONE-Ill areas beyond one year.

The Directors of School Education Kashmir! Jammu shall, however, report those appointee(s) who do not join within 21 days and will simultaneously issue.you are at jkadworld.com. public notice through print/ electronic media giving last and final opportunity to those who do not join, so that waiting list adjunct to select list is operated.

The appointments of above candidates will also be subject to the outcome of the writ petition(s), if any, pending before any Hon’ble Court of Law.
