The Central University of Kashmir (CUK) has invited eligible candidates for a walk-in interview for the engagement of a Guest Teacher in the Department of Chemistry under the School of Physical & Chemical Sciences. The Guest Teacher will be engaged for teaching students enrolled in the B.Sc and M.Sc programmes.
The engagement is initially for the Academic Session OctoberāDecember 2026 and may be extended if required.
CUK Chemistry Guest Teacher Recruitment 2026
According to Notification No. 01 of 2026 dated October 7, 2026, the Department of Chemistry, School of Physical & Chemical Sciences, Central University of Kashmir, requires a Guest Teacher for teaching at the B.Sc/M.Sc level.
The recruitment will be conducted through a walk-in interview/interaction, giving eligible candidates an opportunity to appear directly before the selection authorities.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility for the Chemistry Guest Teacher post will be as per UGC norms.

Remuneration
Selected candidates engaged as Guest Teacher will receive remuneration as follows:
ā¹1,000 per lecture
Maximum remuneration: ā¹25,000 per month
TA: ā¹300 per day of visit
Maximum TA: ā¹5,000 per month
The remuneration will be subject to the conditions specified in the official notification.
