University of Kashmir Important Notice Regarding Assistant Professor posts

(1) Notification regarding applicants who have applied for the post of Assistant Professor for the subject of Urdu & Sociology

All concerned applicants who have applied for the post of Assistant Professor in the below subject against Advertisement Notice No: 13 of 2023 Dated 19th December, 2023 are directed to check their verified provisional API score as per the UGC Regulation 2018 by logging in through their user ID and password on the KU website (Recruitment Portal) w. e. f. 05-03-2025 to 07-03-2025.

(2) Notification regarding applicants who have applied for the post of Assistant Professor for the subject of Electronics & Instrumentation Technology & Food Science & Technology

All concerned applicants who have applied for the post of Assistant Professor for the subjects given below against Advertisement Notice No: 13 of 2023 Dated 19th December, 2023 are directed to check their verified provisional API score as per the UGC Regulation 2018 by login through their user ID and password on the KU website (Recruitment Portal) w.e.f 05-03-2025.

In case of any genuine grievance/ submission of relevant documents, the applicant may approach Recruitment Section along with valid evidence within three days.

The list of eligible shortlisted candidates shall be notified separately on the KU website. Furthermore, those applicants who had already submitted the fee and form online within the due date but failed to submit the hard copy are also given a final chance to submit the hardcopy along with relevant documents within three days. No further opportunity shall be provided for entertaining any representation after the last date.
