Verification of documents of the candidates who appeared in the written tests for the contractual hiring as Skilled Attendants (Panchkarma/ Regimenal Therapies), Masseurs (Naturopathy), Consultants (Medicinal Plants & Botany / Taxonomy), District Accounts Managers & Accounts Assistant (Jammu Division) and Medical Officers Ayush/CHOs (Ayurveda/Unani/Homeopathy)-reg.

In pursuance to the decision taken by the selection committee in the meeting held on 2ndJan 2024 at Directorate of Ayush, Indira Chowk Jammu, all those candidates who have appeared in the written tests for the contractual hiring under National Ayush Mission as Skilled Attendants (Panchkarma/ Regimenal Therapies), Masseurs (Naturopathy), District Accounts Managers & Medical Officers Ayush/CHOs (Ayurveda/Unani/ Homeopathy) and Central Sector Scheme of Conservation, Development & Sustainability of Medicinal Plants as Consultants (Medicinal Plants & Botany / Taxonomy) & Accounts Assistant, are informed that their verification/scrutinization of documents/certificates before the designated Divisional level committees will be conducted as per the below mentioned schedule:

A. The candidates are required to produce following documents/certificates in original before the designated Document Verification Committees:

1. Degree Certificate/Internship completion certificate (wherever required).
2. Final year marks certificate as per requisite eligibility of the concerned post.
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. Date of Birth Certificate.
5. Registration Certificate (wherever required).
6. Experience Certificate as per requisite eligibility (wherever required).
7. Other certificate(s) as per requisite eligibility of the concerned post.

B. List of all those candidates who have appeared in the written tests for the contractual hiring under National Ayush Mission as Skilled Attendants (Panchkarma/ Regimenal Therapies), Masseurs (Naturopathy), District Accounts Managers & Medical Officers Ayush/CHOs (Ayurveda/Unani/ Homeopathy) and Central Sector Scheme of Conservation, Development & Sustainability of Medicinal Plants as Consultants (Medicinal Plants & Botany / Taxonomy) & Accounts Assistant is available on official website www.jkdism.in.

C. No individual communication(s) with regard to the aforementioned document verification shall be made to any candidate(s). Hence, all candidates are advised to keep themselves updated through a medium of newspapers/official website of this Directorate i.e. www.jkdism.in.

D. Mere appearing for document verification by the candidate(s) shall not confer any right to claim for contractual hiring under National Ayush Mission/J&K Medicinal Plants Board.

E. The candidature of such candidates shall be rejected at any stage of the process of hiring, who are found of impersonating or submitting fabricated/tampered documents/testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material information.
