Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Company Secretary in the J&K State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (SIDCO).

ELIGIBILITY :

The candidate should be a qualified Company Secretary holding the membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be beyond 37 years of age as on 01.01.2021.

The candidate should be domicile of J&K.

Scale of pay: The selected candidate will be placed in the pay scale of 44900-142400 (Level -7) and entitled for other allowances as per rule of the Corporation.

Selection criteria : Selection shall be made by the Committee to be constituted by the Government for the purpose on the basis of following criteria :

Company Secretary with minimum 02 years working experiences – 70 marks

Interview – 30 marks
