Department of Commerce intends to hire talented, innovative and dynamic Professionals as Independent Consultants for positions of Young Professionals, Associates, Consultants, and Senior Consultants.
Desirable experience/skill
1 The Independent Consultant should be IT Governance expert or IT Project Manager, with knowledge and experience of
Implementation of Enterprise class portals/systems preferably in a e-governance setup.
Bid process management.
Information/ cyber security management.
T/ data security management.
SLA, contract and vendor management.
2. Any good IT Governance certification (PMP, ITIL, CISM, CISA, etc.) would be preferred.
3. He/she should have knowledge of data privacy and international laws/ standards/ frameworks related to IT.
4. He/she should have managed teams preferably in the government sector, should be good in coordination, interpersonal skills and writing reports and should have excellent MS Office and data analysis skills.
The independent Consultant should have 3-5 years’ experience in software development / IT System projects / Website Development / Mobile Application Development with a Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Software Development, Website and Mobile Application
development.
