Essential Qualification :
Post graduate degree in Clinical Psychology / counselling Psychology (pursued as a full time on-campus course) from a University recognized by Universities Grants Commission, New Delhi.
Desirable :
M. Phil. or post-graduate degree in clinical Psychology with a valid permanent Rehabilitation Council of India registration & Management Experience in related field
Experience : Essential psycho-social counselling experience of at least 02 Years
We Offer :
Salary Gross INR 65,580/- per month (non-negotiable)
18 days annual leave; 12 days paid leave as per specified list of holidays; Sick/Casual leave of 12 days as per calendar year (pro-rated based on hire date).

Job Focus : Participate in the planning, supervision and coordination of mental health / pycho-social related services in the programme in accordance with DWBI standards in order to provide the most appropriate mental health support for patients.
Key Responsibilities :
*Participate in the planning, organization and coordination of Mental Health activities, in dose collaboration with the Mental Health activity manager and other medical team members, in order to ensure an efficient and effective implementation of the resources needed while maintaining high levels of quality in Mental Health DWBI programs and activities.
Coordinates activities of counseling services with other relevant actors and liaises with the local counterparts (like MOH, WHO, ICRC and NGO) on mental health matters, including referral services.
Keeps systematic records of work and maintains confidentiality.
Supervise the daily mental health activities and patient support according to DWBI protocols and standards in order to provide the most appropriate support for clients with psycho social needs.
