Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic profile with Interior and Architectural Sales background with sales experience of 5 years

Job location: Kashmir and Ladakh

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibility includes:

Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

New business generation by meeting architects, interior designers, potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

Building strong relationships with the new and existing portfolio of clients, architects, designers.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.


Should be experienced in Interior, Architectural /building material Sales with knowledge of designing, engineering, dimensions, materials, colour, etc
Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
Good verbal and written communication skills

Personal Convenance CAR/BIKE, LAPTOP IS A MUST

Candidates With Experience In Kashmir and Ladakh Market Will Be preferred


End to end Lead management for UPVC Doors and Windows and Glass sales
Customer engagement and conversion to achieve monthly sales goals
Build strong customer loyalty through the process


BE/Diploma in Architecture/Structure/Civil With MBA background in construction industry
Interior designers with flair for sales can also apply
Freshers can apply for Intern position
Excellent communication skills and strong personal /professional values


Based on competency, Salary can vary between Rs 1.80 lac to Rs3.0Lac + additional incentive on sales value


Three months’ probation
Interns will get stipend of RS 15K and commission on sales /Month for 03 months and then converted to regular employment after successful completion of probation
