ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE FOR RUNNING OF HOSPITAL KITCHEN

Applications are invited from registered, reputed, and licensed agencies/contractors having a permanent place of business in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir.

Applicants must have a minimum of five (05) years of experience in running a Hospital Kitchen and Doctors’ & Staff Mess in reputed organisations or hospitals.

Applicants are required to submit suitable documentary evidence along with their application.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA / REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Valid FSSAI License (appropriate category for catering/hospital)
GST registration certificate
Shop & Establishment registration
Certificate of incorporation
PAN card of firm
Documentary proof of relevant experience (minimum 05 years)
