Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to boost brand presence and market share

• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve company goals

• Identify and target key markets to drive sales and revenue growth.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns

• Collaborate with sales production and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies

• Travel extensively within J&K (UT) to moot customers and stakeholders

 

Qualifications :

• Minimum 15 years of expenence in marketing. preferably in the cement or construction industry.

• Proven track record of successful! marketing

• Strong leadership and team management skins.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A solid educational background in marketing, business, or related nerds
